These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Rejuven8 Exterior Cleaning (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking or accepting our services, you (“the customer”) agree to the following:
1. Window Cleaning Service Agreement
1.1 We provide 4-weekly and 8-weekly window cleaning services for residential clients.
1.2 Commercial clients can request flexible cleaning cycles tailored to their site.
1.3 A minimum of 4 paid cleans is required when starting regular service (this excludes free or promotional cleans).
1.4 Cancelling before completing 4 paid cleans may result in a charge to cover previously discounted work.
1.5 One-off cleans are available and priced individually. These cleans may differ from regular service rates depending on the property size, condition, and work required.
2. Exterior Cleaning Services
2.1 Our services include gutter clearing (with camera inspection), pressure washing, fascia & soffit cleaning, conservatory roof and frame cleaning, cladding, and solar panel cleaning.
2.2 We use the most appropriate methods based on surface type and condition (e.g. soft wash or high-pressure).
2.3 We are not liable for damage to surfaces or fixtures that are already loose, cracked, poorly installed, or structurally weakened.
2.4 Block paving re-sanding is available upon request after pressure washing.
2.5 Solar panel cleaning is performed with purified water systems and water-fed poles where safe access allows.
3. Scheduling & Visit Timing
3.1 While we aim to keep to your regular schedule, cleans may fall up to 7 days either side of your due date due to weather, staff holidays, or route planning.
4. Access Requirements
4.1 Please ensure clear and safe access is available to all areas scheduled for cleaning — including unlocked gates and secure pets.
4.2 If access is blocked and we’re unable to complete the clean, it may still be fully chargeable.
5. Weather Conditions
5.1 We operate in most weather conditions, including light rain.
5.2 In cases of severe weather (such as high winds, storms, or freezing temperatures), services may be rescheduled to ensure safety.
6. Payments
6.1 Payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed.
6.2 We accept GoCardless, Stripe, bank transfer, card payments, and cash.
6.3 When making a payment, please ensure you use the customer number on your invoice for reference.
7. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
7.1 Please reply promptly to your appointment reminder, with any changes or cancellations, before 9:00pm.
7.2 Cancellations or rescheduling requests after 9:00pm will not be accepted.
7.3 Missed appointments without notice will be fully chargeable.
7.4 Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in removal from our regular round.
8. One-Off Cleans
8.1 One-off cleans are priced individually and may differ from regular service rates depending on the property size, condition, and work required.
8.2 These cleans are not subject to the regular service schedule.
9. Liability & Insurance
9.1 We are fully insured and perform all work to a professional standard.
9.2 We accept no liability for issues caused by pre-existing wear and tear, poor installation, or fragile materials.
9.3 Services may be declined or postponed if safety is compromised.
10. Advertising, Photos & Social Media
10.1 We may take before-and-after photos or short videos of work completed for marketing purposes.
10.2 No personal or identifying information will be shown.
10.3 If you would prefer not to have photos of your property used, please notify us in writing before your clean.
11. Communication & Data
11.1 By using our services, you agree to receive text or email reminders ahead of your cleans.
11.2 We may also use your contact details to offer related services, maintenance reminders, or special offers relevant to your property.
11.3 Your information is stored securely and never shared with third parties.
